Site Manager

Gortmore are working with a Leading contractor who are seeking a Site Manager for an immediate start in the Inverness area.

The candidate must:

* Have Previous experience working on Civils projects working on Earthworks, drainage, Earthwork, service/drainage installation, Protection slabs etc.

* Must maintain daily site diary and evaluate site progress to agreed programme.

* Carry out Daily briefings and Toolbox talk.

* Manage gangs.

* Manage plant and site materials.

* Read and understand drawings and project specifications.

* Ensure workforce understand and adhere to project Risk assessments and Method statements.

* Have excellent communication skills and in delegating project information to work colleagues.

* Have excellent problem-solving capabilities and be able to raise any potential issues.

* Oversee and Ensure works are carried out to appropriate levels of cost, quality, and safety.

* Have in date SMSTS, SSSTS, CSCS and Driving Licence
