Site Manager - Housebuilding

Location: Inverness
Salary: Approximately £60,000 + benefits

We are delighted to be working with an award-winning housebuilding company to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a residential development in Inverness.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and highly regarded housebuilder with a reputation for delivering high-quality homes and creating desirable communities.

As Site Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the development, ensuring that homes are delivered safely, on time and to the highest possible standards of quality.

The Role:

Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the development.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel.
Ensure all works are completed in line with build programmes and specifications.
Maintain the highest standards of health and safety across site.
Monitor build quality and ensure NHBC standards and company expectations are consistently achieved.
Manage site costs, resources and programme deadlines.
Carry out regular inspections and ensure any defects or issues are addressed promptly.
Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the build process.About You:

Proven experience as a Site Manager within the residential housebuilding sector.
A strong understanding of traditional build methods and construction processes.
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
A track record of delivering high-quality residential developments safely and efficiently.
SMSTS, First Aid and relevant health and safety qualifications.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality.The Opportunity:
