Site Manager - 3 Days Cover

Site Manager - Bangor - EDBS NEEDED!

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional, construction main contractor, who are looking for an experienced Site manager to help with some cover work for 3 days across the 15th,16th & 19th of October on a site in Bangor.

The ideal candidate, must have an in-date EDBS due to the live environment you would be working in.

Key Requirements:

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets.

* MUST HAVE: In-date EDBS Certificate

* Proven experience managing similar new build construction/groundworks projects.

* Strong health & safety and site procedure knowledge is essential.

Key Duties:

* Overseeing day-to-day site operations.

* Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme.

* Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance.

* Reporting into the senior operations team on project updates.

* Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on budget.

* Coordinating works across site and conducting constant quality checks.
