Site Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager to manage a team of 6 engineers across the Northwest. We are looking for an assertive, organised individual who can manage a busy workload managing the Northwest site. Working Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5.30pm paying a competitive range based in Leigh.

What will you be doing as a Site Manager ?

• You will be managing the northwest account of approximately 100 - 150 clients across England and Ireland
• Managing a team of 6 engineers
• Ensuring that job sheets are completed, jobs are booked out and the diaries are working efficiently with the needs of the business
• Liaison with contractors for parts and new quotes
• Problem solving
• Ensuring that quotes are accurate, marring up again supplier invoices
• Prioritising a busy workload ensuring that each engineer has 7 - 8 jobs booked out on a daily basis
• Managing clients expectations working within an SLA agreement
• Using an electronic system to book out jobs
• Carrying out service reviews with clients
• Arranging for broken equipment to be collected from clients
• Organising cable and oil changes on equipment every 6 years

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• We are looking for an assertive, enthusiastic, robust candidate who has experience managing a busy workload. You will have had previous experience in planning or scheduling, meeting client expectations and also problem solving.
• You will be a strong team player with a strong work ethic
• You will have strong IT skills and able to navigate systems effectively
• Any experience within the engineering, transport, hydraulics, would be advantageous
