The Site Manager will be working on residential developments between 20 and 150 units, primarily consisting of mixed tenure, traditional residential builds, across Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire, responsible for managing the day-to-day activities on site while reporting to the Contracts Manager.

Site Manager Position Salary & Benefits
* Salary: £50k - £55k DOE

Site Manager Position Requirements
* Prior experience working as a Site Manager on residential developments
* Good tenure and seeking a permanent position
* Hold all relevant certificates (SMSTS etc.)
* Full driving licence
* Prior experience working as number one on site
