Are you a Site Manager, from a building/ residential background, looking to play a key role in a growing business, where you will be managing your own team and overseeing all aspects from start to completion?

The ideal candidate will have Site Management experience for commercial builds, however, anyone with residential/traditional build apartment experience will also be considered.

The Role:

• Managing and overseeing projects within the commercial build sector from start to completion
• Supervising your own on-site construction team
• Liaising with different teams to ensure a smooth operation
• Covering projects within the Nottinghamshire and surrounding local areas
• Opportunities to progress into more senior roles

The Person:

• Site Manager
• Commercial build background is preferred
• Those with residential / traditional build apartment backgrounds will also be considered
