Are you a Site Manager with a background in commercial fit-outs, seeking an exciting opportunity to lead high-profile shopfitting projects across Ireland - with a clear pathway to advance into a Project Manager role?

In this role, you will lead a team of up to 10 operatives, managing the installation of high-end shop fit-outs across major projects in Ireland. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of planning, coordination, and execution - ensuring each project is delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest standards, often across multiple sites simultaneously.

Headquartered in Dublin, this well-established company has been delivering bespoke turnkey commercial fit-out solutions for over 70 years. The Role:

• Lead and manage a site team of up to 10 operatives
• Oversee the full installation of bespoke commercial fit-outs
• Coordinate scheduling, manage project briefs, and ensure all deadlines are met
• Ensure smooth day-to-day site operations with a strong focus on quality and efficiency
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 2:30pm (40 hours per week)
