Site Manager – Education Refurbishment

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide short-term cover on an education refurbishment project, starting 24th October.

The role will involve overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with the project programme.

The Role:

* 9 consecutive days of work

* Starting 24th October

* Education refurbishment project

* Site-based position

* Overseeing daily site operations and subcontractors

* Maintaining health & safety standards and ensuring works progress to programme

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Available for the full 9-day period
