Site Manager Decarbonisation Works

The Site Manager will be working for a maintenance contractor, and is responsible for overseeing the delivery of a decarbonisation project in and around the York area on behalf of a local housing provider.

Description

• Manage and oversee site team delivering social housing decarbonisation works.

• Ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep works on track.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.

• Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams and subcontractors.

Profile

• Proven experience in decarbonisation works within Social Housing.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes within Social Housing

• CSCS card & SMSTS
