Site Manager (Demolition)

Due to continued work success in the region of Herts, Beds and Bucks, they are now keen to identify a new Demolition experienced Site Manager for delivering Demo projects comprising Strip Out, Cut & Carve, Top Down packages.

Our client is an investor in it's staff and work force, always striving to develop their people personally and professionally.

The Applicant:

* Demonstrable track record in delivering demolition projects successfully.

* Gold Card, Black CSCS card. Asbestos Awareness, Mandatory.

* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

* Computer literate.

* Commercial Awareness.

* Safety Conscious
