Site Manager – Demolition | Cranleigh, Surrey

Synergy Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager – Demolition for a project in Cranleigh, Surrey.

This is a 12-week project, with the successful candidate responsible for managing the site from start to finish, ensuring the works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within demolition

* CSCS Gold Card or above

* SMSTS & 1st Aid

* Essential DEMOLITION Experiecnce is a must

* Strong knowledge of site health & safety

* Ability to manage,labour and site operations

* Confident running a project independently from mobilisation through to completion

* Strong organisational and communication skills
