Site Manager- Drylining

Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Whiteley- An initial 6 Month contract

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our growing team, delivering drylining and interior systems packages on major commercial construction projects across the UK. Working alongside some of the country's leading Tier 1 main contractors, you will take ownership of projects from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of drylining, partitioning, suspended ceilings, SFS and associated interior systems packages.
Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and plant to maintain programme.
Work closely with Tier 1 main contractors, project managers and client teams.
Ensure all works comply with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
Carry out quality inspections and ensure installations meet specification.
Attend site progress meetings and produce regular updates.
Resolve site issues quickly while maintaining productivity and quality.
Manage project documentation including RAMS, permits and site records.
Support commercial teams with progress reporting and variations where required.

About You

We're looking for someone who has successfully delivered commercial drylining packages and is confident managing fast-paced construction sites.

You will have:

Previous experience as a Site Manager within drylining or interior fit-out.
Strong knowledge of partitions, suspended ceilings, SFS, MF ceilings and fire stopping.
Experience working on commercial projects including offices, healthcare, education, hotels or retail.
Experience working alongside Tier 1 contractors such as Mace, Multiplex, BAM, Morgan Sindall, Kier, Wates, Balfour Beatty or similar.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.

CSCS Black or Gold Card
First Aid at Work
