Site Manager – Live School Projects

Location: Stoke-on-Trent – covering 13 schools
Start date: Monday 19 October
Contract: Principal Contractor

Buildforce Solutions are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee fire door installations and associated finishing works across 13 live school sites in Stoke-on-Trent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing subcontractors, coordinating works across the schools, maintaining health and safety standards and ensuring all work is completed to programme and to a high standard.

Shift pattern:

From 19 October: 7:30am–4:30pm

*

From 24 October: 7:00am–7:00pm

*

After 1 November: 4:00pm–12:00am

Requirements:

*

Valid Enhanced DBS

*

Previous Site Management experience

*

Experience working within live school or occupied environments

*

Fire door installation and finishing experience preferred

*

Strong health and safety awareness

*

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
