In this role, the successful Site Manager/Estimator would be responsible for pricing drainage, concrete and groundworks, as well as tracking labour and material costs and would train up the Junior Estimator.

The ideal Site Manager/Estimator would have come from hands on construction background, specialising in concrete, drainage and groundworks as well as being confident and enthusiastic about working within a team as the single Estimator in a busy department.

The Role:

• Determining costs for groundworks, new concrete frames and drainage
• Responsible for the Junior Estimator
• Examining projects and weighing in on their cost-effectiveness

The Person:

• Has experience as a practical Tier 2 Estimator
• Knowledge of pricing for groundworks, new concrete frames and drainage
• Good at working within a team
• Understands the whole construction site and build
