Site Manager – Facade Remediation & Building Safety Projects

£60,000 - £70,000 + Comprehensive Benefits Package

An industry-leading specialist contractor operating within the Building Safety and Facade Remediation sector is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join its growing London team.

With a group turnover approaching £100m and four regional offices operating nationwide, this business has established itself as one of the UK's leading remediation contractors, delivering complex façade and fire safety projects on occupied residential buildings.

Working as Principal Contractor, the business offers a highly structured operating model with dedicated in-house Design, Pre-Construction, Commercial and Operational teams, allowing projects to be delivered efficiently and safely from inception through to completion.

Projects typically range from £1m to £20m in value and involve the remediation and replacement of external wall systems on live, occupied buildings.

The Role

* Managing day-to-day site operations on complex remediation projects

* Leading subcontractors and direct labour on site

* Maintaining programme, quality and health & safety standards

* Managing resident liaison requirements on occupied buildings

* Coordinating with commercial, technical and operational teams

* Conducting site inspections and ensuring works are delivered correctly first time

* Driving programme and productivity whilst maintaining exceptional safety standards

What We're Looking For

* Proven Site Management experience within façade remediation, cladding, roofing or external envelope projects

* Strong background within facade installation or external envelope construction

* Hands-on, delivery-focused and results-driven approach

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Experience managing works on occupied buildings would be advantageous

* Strong understanding of quality assurance and compliance processes

* SMSTS

* CSCS Card

* First Aid at Work

* Relevant Construction NVQ
