Site Manager – Façade Remediation

I’m working with a specialist façade contractor looking for an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on a major façade remediation scheme in Worcester.

The project is a £4.5m residential recladding scheme with a 45-week programme. The contractor is acting as Principal Contractor, with works including the removal of existing timber cladding, installation of new fire barriers and a new Rockpanel cladding system.

You’ll be Number One on site, taking responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the project, including:

* Managing programme and progress

* Coordinating façade subcontractors

* Scaffold management and coordination

* Design coordination

* Health & Safety

* QA and FieldView

* Client and project team liaison

* Driving the project through to completion and handover

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience delivering recladding / façade remediation projects is essential, ideally while working for a Principal Contractor.

Strong FieldView experience is required, with previous Rockpanel experience highly desirable.
