Site Manager Finishes

Talented Site Manager required

We are working alongside a successful building main contractor who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager with finishes experience. The Site Manager will be involved in a large residential modular building project in Southampton and will be responsible for all the communal areas, as well as overseeing the M&E installation .

They require a Site Manager who will be expected to work positively and collaboratively with all parties.

* To make Health, Safety and the Environment their first priority in all decisions and actions.

* The Site Manager will be expected to plan, manage and deliver all internal construction activities in an efficient and cost effective manner that causes least disruption.

* Demonstrate a positive ‘can do’ attitude at all times whilst understanding the impact of decisions on all aspects of the project / contract.

* To report openly and honestly at all times, acknowledging problems, analysing and providing seeking solutions.

* Be a positive team builder, care for their staff and actively engage in staff feedback and development.

* To take responsibility and ownership for the project.

Our client is looking for a Site Manager that can communicate well (good client skills), Experienced either with modular construction or have a background in internal finishes

* Able to maximise production through subcontractors and direct labour.

* The Site Manager will have a background and be extremely competent at bringing in a project to time, quality and budget
