Site Manager – Retail Fit-Out

Rate: £275–£300 per day

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an 8-week retail fit-out project at Manchester Arndale Centre, with an immediate start available.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager with a strong background in fast-paced retail fit-out projects, capable of delivering works safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

* Managing the day-to-day running of the site.

* Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to programme.

* Maintaining high standards of health and safety.

* Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensuring site compliance.

* Liaising with the client, project team, and suppliers.

* Monitoring quality and progress throughout the project.

Requirements:

* Valid SMSTS certificate.

* Valid CSCS card.

* Valid First Aid at Work certificate.

* Proven experience managing retail fit-out projects.

* Strong organisational and communication skills.

* Ability to start ASAP.

* Location: Manchester Arndale Centre

* Duration: 8 weeks

* Start Date: ASAP

* Rate: £275–£300 per day (depending on experience)
