Site Manager - Frome

Key Responsibilities

·Overseeing Site managers. Ensuring Site Managers complete their daily responsibilities.

·Monitoring collection tickets invoices

·Programmes from genie belt (cloud based programming software), designing and implementing.

·Some diary management & Meeting reports.

·50% time on site(s) 3-4no sites - and - 50% time in office.

·Processing active project Staff, materials & plant allocations into spreadsheets.

·Company vehicle & phone available. £40-£45K (negotiable) depending on experience and access to company vehicle.

·Annual pay increases and Holiday allowances.

·Good experience and knowledge of apple products and apps, excel (numbers), understanding architectural drawings, specifications and BOQs.

·Both domestic and commercial projects (£250K - £2M).

·Responsible for H&S

·Ordering Materials (Take offs by site managers)

·Attending all site meetings, submitting meeting reports. (Notes)

·As built drawings and house (owner) manuals.

·Monitoring programmes and making changes when required.

·Sending out Monthly Progress Reports.

·Engaging and Organising Sub contractors

·Post contract support and organising rectifications (so site managers can focus on the next project)

·Monitoring Drawing releases.

·Reporting Allocations on working spreadsheets

·Site set up.

·Employee of the month assessments

·Contract - Variations.

·Contract - Extensions of time.

·Project Managing 2 to 3 Projects at any 1 time, although this may increases to 4 during transitions between projects.

·Monitoring accidents, near misses and reports.

·Kit Register and monitoring the storage.

·Progress phots and reports for clients

·Monthly hire reviews

Salary: £45,000.00 /year
