Site Manager - Harlow

BMSL require an experienced Site Manager for a short-term contract in Harlow, Essex.

You will have at least 5-years experience of running Site Projects (not Housing) with a Construction background & a background in Modular Projects would be a distince advantage.

An in-date DBS is essential or Enhanced DBS would be a distinct advantage.

Qualifications

* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

* Valid CSCS Black Card (Manager Level)

* First Aid at Work (3-day)

* Temporary Works Awareness (or Coordinator/Supervisor where required)

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Laptop and phone
