Site Manager Hereford

Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a residential housing project in the Hereford area.

📍 Location: Hereford
📅 Start: Immediate
💼 Position: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing day-to-day site operations, including coordinating trades, subcontractors, deliveries, plant, materials and site activities.

* Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained, including compliance with the Construction Phase Plan, RAMS, PPE requirements and relevant legislation.

* Monitoring quality control and ensuring workmanship, materials and construction meet drawings, specifications, building regulations and company standards.

* Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring the programme is maintained.

* Carrying out regular site inspections and addressing any issues or defects.

* Working closely with the wider project team to ensure the development is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
