Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope

• Operational Leadership: Management of the premises team, oversight of day-to-day operations, and strategic input into future site development.


• Compliance & Safety: Ensuring all facilities comply with statutory regulations and maintaining rigorous security and access controls across the historic campus.


• Facilities Management: Managing cyclical maintenance programmes, negotiating supplier contracts, and ensuring the estate is optimally presented at all times.
