Location: Ireland / Northern Ireland, ideally residing between Dublin & Belfast

Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000neg + discretionary bonus

The role of the Site Manager - Joinery Fit Out will involve:

• Site Manager position dealing with fit out projects for various sectors such as; leisure, retail, healthcare, hotels, offices, pubs & restaurants
• Manage and maintain all relevant health and safety documentation and ensure these are adhered to on site
• Ensuring that projects are completed to the highest quality
• Overseeing delivery schedules
• Attending all site meetings to report on updated and any issues
• Recording labour, progress, weather and delays to report back
• Managing projects ranging in value from £200k to circa £3m - £4m
• Bulk of the projects will be Ireland based with the occasional UK travel

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with team, clients and subcontractors

The ideal applicant will be Site Manager - Joinery Fit Out with:

• Must have experience as a Site Manager within the joinery or fit out market sectors
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• Must be a resilient individual that can resolve site issues
• Ideally will have first aid qualifications
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• High levels of organisation and attention to detail
