Site Manager – New Build Care Homes & Later Living

We're seeking an ambitious Site Manager to join a respected main contractor delivering quality new build care home and later living schemes.

The Role

* Manage daily site activities.

* Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is completed to programme.

* Maintain quality and health & safety standards.

* Assist with project delivery from start to completion.

* Work closely with the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager.

Requirements

* Previous Site Manager experience on new build projects.

* Main contractor background.

* Experience within care homes, residential or later living projects is advantageous.

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

* Strong communication and organisational skills.

Package

* Competitive salary dependent on experience.

* £5,000 Car Allowance.

* 10% Annual Bonus (paid in April if company profit targets are met – achieved for the last five years).
