Are you an experienced Site Manager with a track record in delivering high-quality residential projects? We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to lead the construction of a £1m+ luxury new build apartment development in the heart of Edinburgh.

The Role:
Starting ideally in July 2025, with a formal site start in August 2025, you will be responsible for managing the project from the ground up. This includes overseeing the full external envelope and managing the internal package to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. The project is programmed to run for over a year and requires someone with strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring health and safety compliance at all times

• Manage subcontractors, materials, and scheduling to keep the project on track

• Coordinate and deliver both the external envelope and internal works to a high standard

• Report progress to the client and senior management team

• Maintain a tidy and well-organised site that reflects the high-end nature of the development

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience successfully delivering similar high-end residential or luxury apartment projects

• Able to provide recent, relevant references to support your experience

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential or luxury developments

• Strong understanding of both external and internal construction packages

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certified

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Based in or able to travel to Edinburgh on a daily basis
