Improve performance.Are you an experienced Site Manager, Plant Manager, Operations Manager or Production Manager looking for a hands-on leadership role in renewable energy?RecruitME is recruiting for an established renewable energy business seeking a Site Manager to lead the safe, reliable and efficient operation of an anaerobic digestion (AD) and renewable power generation facility on the Isle of Sheppey.Previous anaerobic digestion experience is desirable, not essential. We welcome managers from power generation, process manufacturing, waste and recycling, utilities, food production and other industrial environments.The opportunityReporting to the Area Manager, you will lead the on-site operations team and take responsibility for plant performance, maintenance coordination, health and safety, environmental compliance, site budgets and continuous improvement.
