Are you a Site Manager with a background in retail fit-outs, ready for an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact shopfitting projects across Ireland - with a fast-track pathway to step up into a Project Manager role?

As Site Manager, you'll lead the delivery of high-end shop fit-outs on major projects across Ireland, overseeing a team of up to 10 operatives. From planning to handover, you'll manage every detail, often across multiple sites simultaneously.

Based in Dublin, this long-standing fit-out specialist has delivered bespoke commercial solutions for over 70 years. With 200+ staff and a strong pipeline of major projects, they're expanding and investing in the next generation of talent.

This role is ideal for a Site Manager with a retail fit-out background who is eager to take on large-scale, dynamic projects within a thriving company that offers genuine opportunities for career progression.

The Role:

• Lead and manage a site team of up to 10 operatives
• Oversee the full installation of bespoke commercial fit-outs
• Coordinate scheduling, manage project briefs, and ensure all deadlines are met
• Ensure smooth day-to-day site operations with a strong focus on quality and efficiency
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 2:30pm (40 hours per week)
