Are you a Site Manager with roofing experience looking for a varied role covering social housing projects around Nottingham, Mansfield and the surrounding areas?

This is a great chance to join an expanding national outfit in a newly created position, which also offers career progression and day to day variety.

The company are an established construction company, in the process of expanding from their regional roots into a nationwide business.

They have won a large social housing contract and require a permanent Site Manager to cover pitched roof refurbishment projects around Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.

This company are going through some fantastic expansion and cover everything from roofing to civil engineering. The company have a local office in the Nottingham area, and the projects will be local.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Site Manager who wants to be part of a growing and forward-thinking outfit in a local role offering autonomy and future progression opportunities.

The Role:
*Site Manager - Managing day to day site operations
*Roofing refurb projects - pitched roofing
*Working closely with site teams, ensuring projects are moving smoothly
*Overseeing General Construction activities

Candidate Requirements:
*Site Manager experience
*CSCS / SMSTS
*Roofing experience
*Driving License
