Experienced Site Manager required for a groundworks project in Bicester with an immediate start available.

My client is looking for a hands-on Site Manager with a strong groundworks/civils background to take control of an active site and drive works forward safely and efficiently.

This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive negotiable day rate and Outside IR35 status.

The Role

Overseeing day-to-day site operations

*

Managing labour and subcontractors on site

*

Ensuring Health & Safety compliance

*

Monitoring progress against programme

*

Maintaining site paperwork and reporting

*

Driving productivity and quality standards

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on groundworks / civils projects

*

Strong understanding of infrastructure and external works

*

SMSTS

*

CSCS Card

*

First Aid at Work (preferred)

*

Ability to start immediately
