Freelance Site Manager – Brighton

Location: Brighton

Duration: 12 weeks

Rate: £250 per day Paid CIS

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a project in Brighton for an initial 12-week period.

The project involves a complete strip-out and refurbishment, with the Site Manager working closely alongside the Project Manager and playing an active role in overseeing and assisting with the demolition phase.

Requirements

The successful Site Manager will need to hold:

SMSTS

CSCS

First Aid

Temporary Works Supervisor / Temporary Works Coordinator qualification/card

Previous experience managing refurbishment, strip-out and/or demolition works

Strong communication and organisational skills

The ability to work closely with the Project Manager and wider site team

A flexible approach to working hours as there will be weekend work available 

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager with the day-to-day management of the works, with a particular focus on the strip-out, demolition and refurbishment activities. You will need to be hands-on and have a good Health and safety record
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
