Site Manager – Tesco Express Fit‑Out (Lancaster)

Start: w/c 31st August (site setup the week prior)

Duration: 4 weeks

Location: Lancaster

We’re recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support a Tesco Express project in Lancaster. The role includes site setup the week before the main works begin.

We’re ideally looking for someone with previous Tesco experience, or strong background in retail fit‑out, to help meet the pace and standards expected on site.

Requirements:

* Proven experience managing retail fit‑out or convenience store projects

* Understanding of Tesco processes, H&S and site protocols (preferred)

* Ability to manage trades and maintain programme

* SMSTS, First Aid and relevant tickets

* Strong communication and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities:

* Overseeing day‑to‑day site operations

* Managing trades and ensuring works run to programme

* Maintaining site safety, paperwork and compliance

* Supporting site setup the week prior to start date
