Site Manager-Water-North London

SITE MANAGER-WATER-NORTH LONDON-OUTSIDE IR35

Due to an increase in workload within their Thames Water framework, our client, a top Utilities Contractor in the UK are looking for a Site Manager to support these works that are major Trunk Main Replacements in North London using Butt and Electro Fusion techniques.

Based from their site offices, daily duties will include preparing site paperwork (WPPs, Task Briefs and RAMs), Overseeing Contractors on site, Health & Safety, Reporting and attending meetings with Line Managers and Stakeholders.

To be considered you will have SMSTS, EUSR, First Aid and CSCS with other industry certs an advantage. You will also have Water experience to your name (ideally Mains Replacements) gained with Main Contractors.

In return, a top day rate is on offer which is Outside IR35 and comes with a Van also. This is also a long term contract as it is part of a 6 year framework with plenty of opportunity in the pipeline.
