Summary We’re looking for an experienced Site Operations Coordinator to oversee and manage essential on-site services at a nuclear power station in Somerset. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational and leadership skills, who can coordinate teams and maintain high standards across administrative, onboarding, and reception functions. Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise all administrative, vetting, onboarding, and reception functions on site Act as the primary facilities contact for site services, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Support and manage compliance processes for site access, security, and documentation Schedule and oversee audits to maintain internal and external regulatory standards Liaise with project stakeholders to address operational requirements and resolve issues Implement procedures to optimise workflow and team performance Monitor performance metrics and deliver reports to senior managementMust-have Requirements Proven experience in operations coordination or facilities management within a regulated environment Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities Knowledge of compliance and audit requirements in safety-critical industriesNice-to-have Skills BPSS clearance or ability to obtain this security clearance Familiarity with procedures in energy or nuclear sectors Apply Now If you have the experience and skills to thrive in this Site Operations Coordinator role, we want to hear from you.
