Are you experienced in management in an Anaerobic Digestion facility?

Do you want the opportunity to mould a team and motivate those working under you?

If successful you will be joining a young but stable AD company with sites across the UK. Their current focus is to employ a Site Manager who can motivate a team and use their skill to bring up the plant standard. This company can support relocation offering to subsidise hotel costs for the initial probation period to ensure this is the right move before having to commit for the long term.

Your role within the company will involve leading operations across the anaerobic digestion plant. As part of the role, you will instil a good work culture which has recently struggled at the facility. This will include ensuring targets are met while maintaining employee satisfaction.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in Anaerobic Digestion. They will have a good background in management and will feel confident in their ability to motivate a team and maintain work ethic.
