Site Quality Lead

Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a leading healthcare manufacturer, as they search for a Quality Manager to join their leadership team on their manufacturing site in the heart of Derbyshire.

Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in the Healthcare, Medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing sector essential

* Significant experience within quality management

* ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 auditing experience essential

* Previous project management experience preferred

* Team managerial experience

* Meticulous with a keen eye for detail

* HACCP qualification preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

* Ensure site-wide compliance to relevant quality and regulatory standards is adhered to

* Host regular external audits and inspections to ensure quality compliance for retail clients and regulators

* Be an advocate and key driver for continuous improvement and positive change

* Provide general management support to the wider site as a senior leadership figure on-site

* Ensure all paperwork is up to date and compliant with industry regulations
