Site Support Engineer

Remote, candidate based in: Scunthorpe, Sheffield, Lincoln and surrounding areas

£36,500 + Flexible Hours + Bonus + Car Allowance + Company Benefits

Excellent opportunity for someone to join a specialist company and play a key part in supporting their customer relationships with some of their biggest clients.

On offer is an important role within a well-established company who are looking for a technically minded and independent team member to lead their site services.

This specialist company are well known in their industry, and pride themselves on their excellent reputation with their customers.

The day to day of this role includes travelling to their customer sites, predominantly in Scunthorpe, to help identify technical requirements, oversee installations, sorting documentation and stock, as well as supporting the sales team. This role is home based but will require regular travel to local sites.

The ideal candidate for this role will be from a Technical Sales Background or have Site Support experience. Knowledge or experience within the Steel/Refractory industry would be beneficial but not essential. Must be good at building working relationships and management skills. Must have UK driving license.

The role:
* On-site Technical Support in Scunthorpe
* Remote working (home-based with travel to site frequently)
* Customer facing, developing working relationships
* Day based, Monday to Friday

The person:
* Technical Site Support/Technical Sales background
* Steel/Refractory knowledge would be advantageous
* UK Driving License
