Are you a Utilities, Site Services or Process Maintenance Engineer who wants to work on one of the UK's largest and most advanced FMCG manufacturing sites?

I am recruiting a Multi-Skilled Utilities / Site Services Engineers to support critical process and utility assets. The plant behind the plant!

This is not a standard factory production maintenance role.

You'll be responsible for the factory site services systems that keep an entire manufacturing operation running. Steam generation, CHP, refrigeration, water treatment, compressed air, and process plant infrastructure that support millions of products annually.

Role Responsibilities: Utilities, Site Services or Process Maintenance Engineer

Proactive and reactive maintenance of utility and process assets
Fault finding on mechanical and electrical systems
Supporting site reliability and performance improvement
Driving continuous improvement initiatives
Using CMMS/PMS systems effectively
Coaching operators on asset care activities
Supporting planned maintenance strategies
Managing OEM and supplier liaison when required
You'll support and improve critical utility and process systems including:

Utilities
Steam Boilers Steam Distribution Systems
CHP Plant, Compressed Air Systems
Water Treatment Plant & Effluent Treatment Systems
Refrigeration Systems, Cooling Water Systems
Pumps & Pumping Stations, Water Supply Infrastructure
Process Equipment
Separation Systems, CIP Systems
Valve Matrices, Process Pipework

What We're Looking For: Utilities Services Maintenance Engineer

Apprenticeship trained engineer
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Multi-skilled engineering background, factory services
Experience within manufacturing, process, or FMCG environments
Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding capability
Experience some of the following: of Steam Boilers, CHP Engines, Water Treatment, Effluent Treatment, Utilities, Process or FMCG Manufacturing
Relevant industries include Food Manufacturing, Brewing, Distilleries, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Utilities, Energy Centres, Power Generation
Heavy Process Manufacturing
