This company is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day construction operations on large-scale modular multifamily developments. You'll be the on-site leader ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery, working closely with Project Managers and senior leadership.

The Role:

• Oversee daily on-site operations for modular multifamily construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and field staff to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are maintained at all times.
• Report progress, challenges, and solutions to Project Managers and leadership.
• Drive schedules, manage site logistics, and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

The Person:

• Experienced Site Superintendent with a background in multifamily or modular construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate teams.
• Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.
