Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in the South. The role will involve working on the tools whilst also supervising our Building Services Division. You will be responsible for overseeing commercial projects across Hampshire and Surrey ensuring the smooth running of these small projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working on commercial projects, as well as extensive experience in their trade.

Key responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Supervising small project teams - this will include work allocation, performance management, training, development and any HR related processes
• Writing detailed risk assessments and method statements to be used across the projects
• Collaborating with subcontractors and clients to provide quotations of work based on gathered information from relative parties
• There will be an element of working on the tools to support the team when required to ensure that projects are completed within the agreed deadlines
• Providing training and support where required to support the growth and development of the team

Essential

• NVQ L2 qualification in your trade
• SMSTS
• CSCS card
• Provide your own tools in order to be able to execute the required tasks
• Ability to pass security vetting
