Site Supervisor

• Previous experience in site supervision within a fast-paced, B2B setting

• Strong problem-solving skills with a can-do, hands-on approach

• Clear communication and leadership skills

• Full, clean driving licence

• Flexibility to travel and work away from home regularly

• Organised and detail-oriented

• Forklift or telehandler licence (or willingness to undertake training)

• Events industry or refrigeration operations background

• Comfortable using basic IT for reporting

• Leading the delivery and installation of refrigeration equipment at major exhibitions and events

• Managing teams of contractors and ensuring health & safety compliance on-site

• Acting as the client liaison, managing expectations and solving issues as they arise

• Monitoring site progress and reporting back to line managers daily

• Maintaining high standards in site presentation and equipment care

• Based at the Bishops Cleeve HQ with regular international travel

• Hands-on, operational leadership role with a global events portfolio
