This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join a personable and fast-growing contractor known for their specialist steel frame projects and commitment to developing their team.

This business is a friendly, tight-knit construction firm operating across the Southeast with projects typically ranging around £ 3.5 million in value. They deliver turnkey solutions with a strong focus on steel structures, and they have been growing steadily year-on-year.

As Site Supervisor, you'll be a vital presence on sites around the M25, opening and closing the site, inducting trades, moving materials, and keeping the job moving safely and efficiently. Working alongside a Site Manager and a small team of subbies, you'll play a key role in site safety, coordination, and day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial construction, SSSTS, and a solid understanding of site health and safety. A green CSCS card is essential. You'll need to be able to travel to sites and be willing to travel across the Southeast.

The Role:
· Supervise sites based around the M25
· Induct new operatives, manage H&S, liaise with head office
· Operate Telehandlers/ Diggers
· Support the Site Manager in smooth project delivery
· Work on projects typically valued at £1-5 million
· Open/close sites daily, maintain welfare units, ensure cleanliness and organisation

The Person:
· Previous experience in site supervision within Industrial Construction
· SSSTS and Green CSCS card required
· Basic plant experience
· Strong communicator with good timekeeping and a practical mindset
· Based around the M25 with a willingness to travel across sites in the Southeast
