Site Surveyor - Planned Maintenance
Location: Redditch area
Salary: up to £53k plus car allaownace and benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Surveyor to join a dedicated leading Social Hosuing contractor that had an oportunity in their Planned Maintenance team operating in the Redditch area. The role involves delivering projects for a long-standing social housing partner, making prior experience in this sector highly desirable.

This position combines both office-based work and site visits, so a valid UK driving license is essential.

• Prepare applications, accounts, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner

• Ensure all costs related to service delivery are properly coded, recorded, authorised, and recovered

• Assist with monthly internal and external management information and performance reports

• Maintain minimal commercial work in progress (WIP) and outstanding debt in line with management targets

• Produce valuations and issue invoices within 9 calendar days of work completion

• Foster clear and consistent communication with the client to ensure service standards are met

You'll bring strong financial and commercial awareness, with a customer-focused approach and a background in social housing. You will be confident communicating at all levels and have a solid understanding of property maintenance legislation.

• Experience in a similar role, ideally within the social housing sector

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Understanding of relevant maintenance and property management legislation

• Must hold a full UK driving license

• Willingness to undergo a Basic DBS check as part of the onboarding process
