Site Supervisor

We're currently recruiting a Site Supervisor with a sound understanding of commercial new builds to support a large project in Gloucester. 1 month initially.

Site Supervisor skills and requirements:

* SSSTS Qualification

* First Aid Qualification

* 3 Years Foreman/ Supervisor experience

* Proven site experience on commercial projects including groundworks & externals.

* Proven experience of site operating systems i.e Toolbox talks, RAMS, DABS, Work Programs and Health & Safety compliance

The role will involve:

* Working with the Site Management team to ensure the safe operation of contractors.

* Completing site inductions for all new site personnel and carry out toolbox talks

* Maintaining safety standards, ensuring site personnel are operating in a safe working manner.

* Reporting any issues back to the management team
