Location: Atlantic Pavilion, Albert Dock, Liverpool, Merseyside, L3

Contract: 5 Month Contract

Salary: £200 per day

Site Supervisor Required - Liverpool

Time Recruitment Solutions are currently supporting a long-standing client who, due to continued growth and expansion, are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee works on a prestigious project based at Atlantic Pavilion, Albert Dock, Liverpool.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive Site Supervisor to join a well-established contractor and play a key role in delivering a high-profile project safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day supervision of site activities and subcontractors.
Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme schedules and project specifications.
Monitoring health and safety compliance across site and ensuring site standards are maintained at all times.
Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings.
Coordinating labour, materials, and plant requirements.
Liaising with the Site Manager, Project Manager, subcontractors, and client representatives.
Monitoring quality control and ensuring works meet required standards.
Identifying and resolving on-site issues efficiently.
Maintaining accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
Supporting project delivery to ensure key milestones are achieved.
Requirements

Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor within the construction sector.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site procedures.
Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Essential Qualifications

Valid SSSTS or SMSTS Certificate.
CSCS Card.
First Aid at Work qualification.
Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
