Site Supervisor

Good Morning,

I am currently representing Lighthouse School who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience

We are looking for a Site Supervisor this role will be based at: HG1 4HZ

The right candidate will:

To support the effective day-to-day management, security, maintenance and upkeep of the school premises, ensuring that the school provides a safe, secure, clean and welcoming environment for students, staff, visitors and contractors.

To undertake a range of site supervision, caretaking, maintenance and compliance duties, ensuring that the school buildings, grounds, facilities and equipment are maintained to a high standard and remain fit for purpose.

To support the smooth running of the school through effective site opening and closing procedures, routine inspections, minor repairs and the coordination of maintenance requirements

We require the following:

* Previous experience in a caretaking, site maintenance, facilities or general building maintenance role.

* Practical skills and the ability to undertake basic repairs and maintenance tasks.

* Good understanding of site security, health and safety and general premises management.
