An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management provider, delivering hard FM services at a prestigious commercial office building in the City of London.

This Site Supervisor will lead a team of six Shift Engineers, overseeing landlord services, ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining excellent client relationships. Working within a premium Facilities Management environment, you'll act as the first point of escalation while remaining hands-on with planned and reactive maintenance across the site.

The successful Site Supervisor will be electrically biased (Level 3 minimum), ideally HV qualified, and have previous experience leading engineering teams within Facilities Management. Requirements

Electrical qualification (Level 3 minimum)
Previous supervisory experience within commercial building services
HV Authorised Person status desirable
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing planned and reactive maintenance
Excellent understanding of health & safety and statutory compliance

Salary & Benefits

Up to £55,000
Overtime paid at 1.5x
