Site Supervisor M&E

TXM Recruit are urgently hiring for an M&E Site Supervisor to start immediately on a 8-week office upgrade in central Twickenham.
This is an 8-week contract, with the possibility of an extension.

Required qualifications

Emergency first aid at work minimum requirement
SSSTS or SMSTS
NVQ full qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
CSCSPay: £275 per day / £34.38 per hour (CIS)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day.

Core responsibilities

Supervisor both M&E packages on site.
Monitor health and safety
Complete permits to work/ site safety/ plant inspections
Liaise with principal contractor
Record progress in excel format
Record all contract changes
Complete as fitted drawings
Produce snagging document in Excel format
Monitor subcontract labour
Issue reports on outlook
