Site Supervisor - Water & Utilities

Fisher Group Limited is recruiting a Mechanical AP / Site Supervisor on behalf of an established contractor delivering projects across the water and wastewater sector.

This permanent role will involve supervising mechanical site activities across the Thames Water framework, including projects in the Bexley and West Wickham area. You’ll help ensure work is completed safely, to specification and within programme, with quality records kept up to date.

The role

Supervise day-to-day mechanical site activities.

Manage mechanical isolations and permit-to-work arrangements with subcontractors.

Review health, safety and environmental documentation, method statements and work instructions.

*

Ensure work is carried out in line with approved documentation and project requirements.

*

Monitor progress and maintain accurate site records.

*

Identify non-conformances and improvement opportunities, and agree actions with the relevant teams.

About you

*

You have experience supervising mechanical work on construction or infrastructure projects.

*

You understand mechanical isolations and permit-to-work processes.

*

You can review site documentation and help ensure work is delivered safely and to the required quality.

*

Experience in water or wastewater projects would be advantageous.

*

Relevant mechanical qualifications or a trade background would be beneficial.

*

Site safety qualifications and a current CSCS card would be advantageous.
