From their site in Cambridgeshire, they wash, grade and pack vegetables enjoyed by families all around the UK.

There is now an opportunity to join this thriving business as a Technical Manager, responsible for customer technical relationships, management of the site's quality function and team management of the Technical department.

Using your expert skills in food safety & quality assurance, you & your team will ensure that safe, legally compliant food leaves the factory that satisfies your customers expectations.

Working pattern is Monday to Friday "food industry office hours" with possible weekend contact due to your teams working 7 days a week.

What will you need?

• A seasoned technical career within food manufacturing
• Regulatory knowledge - BRC, Red Tractor, Soil Association
• Customer relationship management experience
• Leadership expertise, with the ability to inspire & empower
