What you’ll be doing

Boning, trimming and preparing red meat products to specification
Working within professional butchery or production environments
Meeting quality and yield targets while maintaining product standards
Working safely and efficiently within chilled food production settings
Following hygiene, food safety and operational procedures
 
What we’re looking for

Previous experience as a skilled butcher
Strong knife skills and good product knowledge
Experience working in production or processing environments is advantageous
Ability to work in chilled environments and maintain production pace
Reliable, team-focused approach with strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively in English
